Welcome to Camaira Studio. In these Terms, “Camaira Studio”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the business operating this website. “Customer”, “you” and “your” refer to any person who visits the website or purchases a product from us.

These Terms and Conditions explain the rules that apply when you visit our website, create an account, communicate with us or purchase a product from us.

Please read these Terms along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return and Exchange Policy. By accessing our website www.camairastudio.com or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights available to you under applicable consumer-protection laws.

1.      Eligibility to use this website

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order independently.

If you are under 18 years of age, you may use this website or place an order only with the involvement and consent of a parent or lawful guardian.

By using the website, you confirm that the information you provide is true, complete and accurate.

2.      Customer account

You may browse or purchase from our website as a guest or by creating an account, depending on the options available.

You are responsible for:

·       Keeping your password and account details confidential

·       Restricting unauthorised access to your account

·       Informing us promptly if you suspect that your account has been misused

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless it results from a security failure attributable to Camaira Studio.

We may suspend or close an account if we reasonably believe it is being used fraudulently, unlawfully or in violation of these Terms.

3.      Products

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product information, including descriptions, photographs, colours, fabrics, measurements, embroidery details, care instructions, prices and availability. However please note there might be some variation in the colour because of the lighting or the device used to view the product.

Fit may vary depending on the product’s cut, fabric, design and silhouette. A minor measurement variation of approximately [0.5–1 inch] may occur in handcrafted or manually finished garments.

The only products which are mentioned in the product description are included and will be eligible for purchase.

4.      Handcrafted product disclaimer

Many Camaira Studio products feature handcrafted or hand-finished Chikankari embroidery.

Small variations in stitches, motifs, thread-work, embroidery placement, texture or finishing are natural characteristics of handcrafted garments. They reflect the work of individual artisans and make every piece unique.

Such minor handcrafted variations are not considered manufacturing defects. This does not affect your rights if a product is genuinely damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from its description.

5.      Prices & Taxes

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without any notice. All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.

 Applicable taxes, shipping charges, Cash on Delivery fees or other charges will be disclosed on the product page or during checkout before you complete payment. We may revise prices at any time.

A price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted, except where there is an obvious pricing or technical error.

You agree to provide complete and accurate information about your account for any purchases made at our online store.

Online payments are processed through authorized third-party payment providers. Their separate terms and privacy policies may also apply.

Camaira Studio will never ask you to provide an OTP, CVV, UPI PIN or account password to confirm an order or issue a refund.

If an amount is deducted but the order is not confirmed, contact us with the transaction reference. We will verify the payment with the payment provider.

6.      Shipping & Delivery

Orders are delivered according to our Shipping Policy. Please review our shipping policy, before placing any order. Estimated delivery dates are provided for guidance and may be affected by courier delays, weather, festivals, public holidays, strikes, remote-location restrictions or other events outside our reasonable control.

Customer is responsible for complete & accurate delivery address, correct PIN code, telephone number and any delivery instruction necessary to complete the orders.

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, customer refusal, repeated unavailability or failed delivery attempts, additional charges of Rs. 150 will apply for reshipping.

7.      Reviews, photographs & customer content

If you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, video, testimonial or social-media mention, you confirm that:

  • The content is based on your genuine experience
  • You own the content or have permission to share it
  • It does not infringe another person’s rights
  • It is not misleading, abusive, unlawful or offensive

We will not use your personal photograph, video or testimonial for promotional purposes without the permission required under applicable law.

If you grant us permission, you allow Camaira Studio to display, reproduce or share the approved content on our website, social-media pages and marketing materials. You may contact us if you wish to withdraw permission for future use, subject to any material already lawfully published or produced.

We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, irrelevant or violates these Terms. We will not suppress a genuine review merely because it is negative.

8.      Intellectual property

The Camaira Studio name, logo, website design, product photographs, videos, text, graphics, packaging artwork and other original content are owned by or licensed to Camaira Studio and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not, without our written permission:

  • Copy or commercially reproduce our photographs, videos or text
  • Use our name, logo or brand identity
  • Create misleading social-media pages or websites using our content
  • Modify, distribute, sell or exploit our website content
  • Use automated tools to extract substantial website data
  • Claim our content or designs as your own

9.      Acceptable use of website

You must not use the website to:

  • Commit fraud or impersonate another person
  • Submit false contact, delivery or payment information
  • Attempt unauthorised access to the website or another customer’s account

To the extent permitted by law, Camaira Studio will not be responsible for indirect or remote losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the order was placed.

We are also not responsible for a failure or delay caused solely by:

  • Incorrect information provided by the customer
  • The customer’s failure to follow product-care instructions
  • Misuse or unauthorised alteration of a product
  • Independent events outside our reasonable control

Where Camaira Studio is legally responsible, the remedy will be determined according to the nature of the issue and applicable law. Nothing in this section restricts your right to seek a refund, replacement, repair, compensation or other remedy where legally available.

14. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the website where a customer materially violates these Terms, uses the website unlawfully or threatens its security.

Termination will not affect:

  • An accepted order that can still lawfully be completed
  • Amounts already due
  • An approved refund or exchange
  • Rights or obligations that arose before termination
  • Any non-waivable consumer rights

 We reserve the right to update these Terms to reflect changes in our business, website, services or legal requirements. The updated version will be published on this website; it is your responsibility to review our website for any changes. Changes will apply from the date of publication and will not unfairly alter the terms of an order already accepted.

16.  Governing law & dispute resolution

 These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can make a genuine effort to resolve it promptly and fairly.

Subject to applicable law, disputes may be handled by courts with jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana. However, this clause does not restrict a consumer from approaching a Consumer Commission or another authority or forum available under applicable law.
