Shipping Policy

     Camaira Studio ships to all the pin codes in India. We have partnered with best logistics services to ensure that your products are handled professionally and delivered on time.

Order processing

 ·       Orders will be processed within 1–2 business days.

·       Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

·       For a smooth delivery experience all the orders are processed after a quick confirmation with the customer via Phone or email.

·       Customers will receive an email, SMS, or WhatsApp notification containing the tracking details after dispatch.

 Delivery timeline

 ·       Metro and Tier 1 cities: 3–6 business days after dispatch

·       Other locations: 5–8 business days after dispatch

·       Remote areas: 7–10 business days after dispatch

·       Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, strikes, or circumstances outside Camaira Studio’s control.

 Shipping charges

 ·       Free standard shipping on prepaid orders above ₹1,999

·       ₹99 shipping fee on prepaid orders below ₹1,999

·       ₹125 additional COD handling fee, if Cash on Delivery is offered

 Address and delivery responsibility

 ·       Customers must provide a complete address, correct PIN code, and active phone number.

·       Address changes should be requested before dispatch.

·       Camaira Studio will not be responsible for delays caused by an incomplete or incorrect address.

·       If an order is returned because the customer was unavailable, refused delivery, or provided an incorrect address, reshipping charges should be paid by the customer.

 Damaged or tampered parcel

 ·       Refuse a parcel that appears visibly damaged, opened, or tampered with.

·       Record an uninterrupted unboxing video when opening the parcel.

·       Contact Camaira Studio within 48 hours of delivery if an incorrect, damaged, or defective product is received.

Domestic shipping

·       We currently deliver only in India.
