Return and Exchange Policy
At Camaira Studio, every piece is thoughtfully selected and prepared with genuine love, care and attention, with the hope that it brings elegance and joy to your wardrobe.
We understand, that sometimes a product may not feel quite right after you receive it—whether it is the fit, colour or style. Your comfort and satisfaction matter deeply to us, and we respect that every customer has her own preferences.
That is why we offer a simple and transparent return and exchange process, subject to the terms mentioned below. Our aim is to ensure that every Camaira purchase leaves you feeling comfortable, confident and truly happy with your choice.
Recommended return window
Customers should raise an exchange and return request via email within 48 hours of delivery and the product should reach our studio within 7 working days of customer receiving the product.
Conditions for acceptance of return & exchange
The garment must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, stains, or body odour
- Unaltered and undamaged
- Returned with the original tags attached
- Returned in its original packaging
- Folded and packed carefully
- Accompanied by the invoice or order details
Camaira Studio may reject a return if the garment fails the quality inspection.
Exchange will only be for size change and will not be processed for minor variations in stitches, motifs, thread-work, embroidery placement and finishing are natural characteristics of handcrafted garments and are not considered defects. Colours may also vary slightly due to lighting, photography and individual screen settings.
Return will be only for the product which is damaged, however in-order to process your return we will need unboxing video of the parcel.
Non-returnable and non-exchangeable items
- Products purchased during clearance or marked “Final Sale”
- Gift cards
- Garments that have been worn, washed, stained, damaged, or altered
- Products without original tags
- Free gifts and promotional products
Cancellation Policy
· Cancellation is allowed only before the dispatch of product
· Once dispatched order cannot be cancelled and must follow return & exchange process
· If prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, we will issue a full refund
Return Policy
For approved refunds:
· Refund will be initiated within 7-10 business days after quality inspection.
· Original shipping and COD charges should be non-refundable for change of mind returns.
Mode of refund
Refund will be issued as a credit in the form of coupon code only. The coupon code is a one time use code and cannot be applied again to any other order and should not be combined with any other coupon code at the time of checkout. A store credit is valid for 6 months.
Return Process
· Contact Camaira Studio through the official email or WhatsApp number.
· Share the order number, reason, photographs and unboxing video where applicable.
· Wait for return approval and pickup instructions.
· Revered pickup will be booked through reliable courier service.

· Retain the pickup receipt until the request is resolved.
